What you can ask for once the post is live, and what the owner may do.
Once the owner publishes, the submission shows published with a link to the post, and your held credits are spent. The post is the site's: the owner may edit it, unpublish it or delete it later; the credits are not affected by that.
If something needs correcting, open the submission and send a change request; the owner decides. A refund of credits is at the owner's discretion.
Posts carry the disclosure and the link attributes the package set; the sponsored-content policy and the contributor content terms say what every contribution must meet.
