Preview and submit
What the preview shows, what submitting checks, and what happens next.
Preview
Preview shows your post as the service will send it to the site: the same cards, the sanitised HTML, the disclosure in place, in a neutral style. The site's theme is not imitated; after you submit, the owner can show you the site's own preview.
Submit
When you submit, the service checks the post against the package: the cards it allows, the size caps, the links, a title. Anything wrong is listed next to the post so you can fix it; nothing is held or sent until it passes. Then, in one step, your credits are held, your version is frozen, and a draft is created in the site's Ghost. The owner is told.
Ten submit attempts an hour per contributor are the limit, whatever their outcome.
What you see afterwards
Your dashboard shows the submission's state: submitted (waiting for the owner), revision requested (your turn), approved (the owner will publish), scheduled, published, or rejected (credits returned). Each state change is in the submission's timeline, with the owner's comments.
You can withdraw a submission that is still waiting; the credits come back.
